Double room in Lee

Spacious Double Room – Only 1 other housemate (me) – Bills Included* – Lee Green

Sunny double room with double bed and built in large wardrobes with space for desk or sofa. Shutter blinds and wooden flooring.

The room is in a 3 bed house, but one room is used as an office.

The living room has a large bay window with shutter blinds two sofas and a fireplace . Good Wi-Fi in all rooms and gas central heating.

Energy bills included up to a limit that we agree together but realistically this is not likely to be an issue.

The kitchen is equipped with all the basics: an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There is also an adjacent clean and tidy toilet.

Transport links are excellent here. Lee station is a 12 - 15 minute walk and there are 4 trains an hour into London Bridge, Cannon Street or Charing Cross (20 to 25 minutes) and a shuttle service to Bromley. By road, we are just off the a 205 South Circular, which is the boundary of the ULEZ, and there is off-street parking at the site.

I work as an Analytics Manager. I spend a lot of time on the laptop and travel into the central office 2-3 times a week and gym in the evenings or visiting friends. It would suit me if your job involved regular full-time hours spent at your workplace 3+ times as week rather than being fully remote.

I am am fairly social but can also be super focused and introspective depending on workload and life events. I am looking for another professional who is tidy has good manners and respectful. Also, someone that has at least one hobby/interest.
