Welcome to the happiest home in London , I have made life long friends from present and previous housemates ...a very important part of our home is a Spaniel named Ronnie.
Fully furnished, bright, sunny, large double room in the large 3-storey home in Lewisham.
All utility bills included Gas, Water, Lights, Council Tax,
TV License, WiFi, HD Sky Multiroom. A multi-room box can be provided if required. A TV in the room is not included. A TV in the living room is available.
A TV is not provided in the bedroom, but you can connect your own TV to a SKY multi-room box.
Safe, off-street parking for visitor cars. An additional parking permit is, with regret, not available as each home has a maximum of two; there is parking available a short walking distance from the house.
Summary of House and Layout:
Entrance hall, large kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, and garden on the ground floor. All appliances and crockery are available.
(To rent from November 15th ) Large double room 5m x 3m carpeted, loads of natural light and fitted blinds and curtains: double bed, triple mirrored wardrobe, desk. An office chair, two side tables, a brand new bed set and Mattress, TV not included. The room was fully renovated with all new furniture and fittings for the previous tenant, who is moving out after 3 years.
1st floor: one small double room located next to the main shared bathroom.
1st Floor: Full shared bathroom, shower & bath, toilet, recently fully remodelled top to bottom, September 2025
The first-floor master bedroom is available for a future housemate and is shown in the pictures.
We both WFH 4 times a week and go into the office once / twice a week.
The 2nd-floor upstairs studio is occupied by the landlord, a 48-year-old gay male who is a full-time professional in the corporate industry.
We are looking to welcome a housemate into the home who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere and respects each other's privacy.
We keep the house nice and clean, and we enjoy the surroundings, markets, and great space.
A maid service is not included (hint :). Each weekend (or any day of the week), we chip in and do the cleaning. There is no cleaning rota; we have an internal agreement in our home that we all clean and do our share as professionals when we have spare time, that is why it is in such a good condition as we chip in and dont wait to be asked. Cleaning rotas are for school children; we are adults, and have in the past asked a housemate to find an alternative option for accommodation, as they never contributed to the home cleaning, causing a huge drama full of excuses when challenged about not doing their share.
Olympic pool, gym. Movies and a massive new retail complex are 100 yards away.
When we are together, we either make meals or each does their own thing. No fuss, each to their own.

Our home is not a drinking den, a knock-up shop for endless queues of trade arriving from hook-up apps, nor is it a rave club, or student "digs", any drug taking ( including weed) is strictly not welcome.
The home's safety and yours are a top priority. Strangers invited over from hook-up apps are, with regret, not permitted.
There is a family pet spaniel dog who is very well-behaved and an integral part of the family. If you merely " tolerate dogs", this home is not for you. Our dog is a part of the home and our lives. He will melt your heart with regret; no additional dogs or cats are possible.
