Small double room in Lewisham available end March

note: the bunk bed has been replaced with a regular bed in the room. im not able to update the pic yet, but the video is up to date. We have a welcoming home with a small double room in Lewisham in a gay/straight male/female household.
The room is fully furnished (but can be unfurnished or changed to suit needs) with double bed.

The house is well equipped with washer dryer, dishwasher, fast internet, double oven and hob, and flat screen TV. The house is nicely decorated and has a great atmosphere for entertaining or spending time around the house by yourself. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath/shower.

Lewisham has direct services to London Bridge (10 mins), Waterloo East (13 mins), Charing Cross (15 mins), Cannon St/Bank (13 mins) and Victoria (20 mins). Also the DLR goes to Canary Wharf (15 mins) and Bank.

There is an large Asda and Sainsbury's local 200m from to the house. It's a 5 minutes walk to Lewisham High Street.

Further ample storage in the attic and space for bikes in the yard.

On street parking with a permit.

Bills include fast broadband Internet, cable TV, utilities and council tax.
