I'm looking for a flatmate to make a household of just 2. . I have a huge 3 bed flat with 2 bathrooms, split level, Victorian conversation which has been renovated to a very high standard.

The room is massive (6m x 4m) and has a king size bed, and a small built-in closet already.. It has its own bathroom, shower, toilet, loads of storage. Price including all bills and a weekly cleaner.

rooms comes unfurnished, other than the bed.

There is a huge combined kitchen living room, master bathroom with huge tub. Off the master bathroom is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The flat is a 10 min walk to Ladywell or 13 min walk to Lewisham. Great connections into London Bridge, Charing Cross or Victoria from Lewisham with either the DLR or overground.
