Double Room Ladywell 10mins to London Bridge

Bright south facing room is available in a huge split level flat (3 floors). with 1 super lovely flatmate. The spacious flat has a separate large lounge and a roomy kitchen, plus quite a bit of storage space.

Sadly I'm leaving Rhiannon behind, who's lovely, chilled and good fun. She's looking for someone clean, tidy and independent but also who enjoys a catch-up. :)

It's a lovely flat in a fantastic location Right next to Ladywell Station (London Bridge, Charing X, Cannon St) - Fast train to London Bridge is 10 mins (including the walk to the station!). Lewisham Station is an approximate 10-12mins walk (DLR, Victoria, Charing X). Brockley and Crofton Park stations are easily walkable.

Buses outside the flat go to Peckham, Brockley, Brixton and Crystal Palace. Tonnes more outside of Lewisham Hospital (5 mins walk) connect throughout London. There are also nifty cycle rat-routes to Peckham, Greenwich, East London and Central London.

The flat is above Cafe Oscars and tantalisingly 3 doors down from Mama Dough🍕! It's also right by two lovely parks and just a short hop from all the rum and gin cocktails 🍸 and food at Model Market.

Another resident is Todd the house cat 🐈. He's a chilled out, albeit slightly grumpy older gentleman. Rhiannon occasionally dog sits Narla, the worlds quietest/friendliest dog 🐶. Given the size of the flat, you'll hardly ever notice them whenever they are around!

Additionally, it's also possible to use the south facing roof as a sun-spot during the summer - we currently have some veggies growing out there - I've been known to have a few disco naps out there whilst 'working from home'.

Also, The huge lounge space can be switched with the bedroom if prefered.
