Hi, Me and my housemate are planning to move out at the beginning of October 2019. Therefore, we are looking for a couple of tenants as replacement. The flat is new, furnished and modern. It is situated on the sixth floor of a building, which has a lovely rooftop on the 12th floor and a shared garden on the 2nd floor. It Is located on top of Glass mill leisure center, which has a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. It is located in front of Lewisham station (3 min walk) and it’s 5 minutes walk from lewisham shopping centre and the town centre. We are looking for two new tenants who can provide references, these being at least 3 months bank Statements and payslips. Bills are not included. Please contact me if interested.
