Dbl room in big friendly house - Brockley/Lewisham

We’re looking for someone to come and join our lovely, big, creative, LGBT+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈, four-bedroom house in Brockley/Lewisham.
The room is available from the 15th April.

👋 Us:
We are a house of three professionals (Denis, Kieran, and Nick) in our thirties working in styling, risk and healthcare. We also have a friendly cat called Michael (but he's not a fan of other cats/dogs, so no extra pets I'm afraid).

We all have our own things going on but still like to hang out together - cook and eat together, go to the pub, that kind of thing – it’s definitely a home not a party house.

😎 You:
We’re looking for someone who’s up for hanging out as a house sometimes and is also all the obvious – friendly, liberal, chilled and easy going, tidy and house proud, considerate of the fact they live with other people 🙃, and basically looking for a home not just somewhere to crash.

The current house setup would probably best suit someone who doesn’t regularly need to work from home.

🏡 House/Room:
The bedroom is a bright and quiet double room on the first floor looking out over the garden at the back of the house. There’s a bed & mattress, wardrobe, desk and some shelving but it’s not a problem to remove these if you already have your own furniture.

The house has just been completely repainted and had new carpets fitted and has all the normal things - central heating, new washing machine and dishwasher, good shower. There's a big kitchen/diner and a large living room with a working open fire. The garden has a BBQ and small patio area with room to store a bike.

📍 Location:
The house is around a 10 minute walk to all Brockley, Lewisham & St John's stations (10mins to London Bridge, 15mins to Shoreditch High Street) and is just 1 minute from Hilly Fields Park. The immediate area is pretty quiet but still has a lot going on very nearby – cafés, farmers market, independent shops and bars. Brockley, New Cross and Lewisham centres are all a really close walk.

⭐️ Rent, etc…
Rent is £950 per month and includes all bills including council tax (accepting that if gas/electricity prices go crazy again we might need to chip in a bit more). Superfast 1Gb broadband is also included.

You’d be sub-letting through us initially so no fees or other nonsense estate agent stuff! The room is available now.
