The split-level flat is in a converted Victorian house on Loampit Hill, a couple of minutes’ walk from Brockley Market on Saturdays. Hilly Fields park is down the road and The Talbot, a brilliant local pub, is very close.

There are several stations nearby, including St Johns (5 mins walk), Lewisham (10 mins), Elverson Road (12 mins), Deptford Bridge (12 mins), New Cross (15 mins) and Brockley (15 mins).

Trains from St Johns are only 7-8 mins to London Bridge and 13-14 mins to Cannon St.

I’m a relaxed, tidy, friendly professional looking forward to having a new flatmate! I would be up for hanging out sometimes but I’m also happy spending time alone.
