Double Bedroom in an open-plan, garden flat

Looking for a housemate to share our modern maisonette.

The double bedroom consists of a double ottoman bed with under-bed storage, a wardrobe, desk, chair and black-out blinds. The large window has views of trees and a small park that fronts our property.

The set up is your own private double bedroom, shared bathroom, garden and open-plan kitchen/living room. The flat is split level so the kitchen, living room and garden are on the ground floor with the bathroom and the bedrooms on the first floor.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, conscientious and friendly. The room is for one person only, we won't take couples.

There are two lovely parks nearby - Blackheath, Manor Park and Manor Park Gardens. We're a 5minute walk from a large Lidl supermarket, and 5min walk to Lewisham Shopping centre with a M&S, Sainsbury's, Post office etc.

It is a 10 minute walk to Lewisham station which provides excellent access to London Bridge in 10 minutes, Waterloo East in 15min, London Charing Cross and Victoria in 20 minutes. We're also a short 15minute walk to Hither Green and Blackheath stations.

Share with me and my partner, the joint owners of our flat. We are both fully WFH professionals, we're tidy, enjoy our food and travels. We have lived with many housemates in the past and respect privacy but enjoy being social.
