I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a bright double room with its own bathroom in a cosy yet modern apartment.

The flat is located above Lewisham station, offering excellent transport links with trains direct to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, and the DLR. A shopping centre is just a 5-minute walk away, featuring a large Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and M&S.

Please note that the new flatmate will need to sign a one-year fixed contract with the building manager, Fizzy, so a one-year commitment is required.
