We are looking for someone who is looking for a home. The ideal house mate is someone who is tidy, clean and organised, does not smoke or vape at all, and knows the etiquettes of living with other people, relax personality and sociable.

ABOUT THE ROOM and THE HOUSE:
The room is an extra large double room with shared shower room. You will normally share the shower with only one other person. Available from 1 December 2026.

It is a bright and huge double room. It has plenty of double sockets and has clean, high quality and soft carpets.

All rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, side table with lamp, cabinet and chest of drawers. The furniture are high quality and fitted with wheels, making the room adaptable to how you wish to lay it out.

There are 3 modern and large bathrooms/ shower rooms in the property.

The house is equipped with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, Broadband - Wifi, Virgin TV, Large Modern Kitchen, and Large Garden. It is renovated and modernised to a high standard. It looks clean and fantastic. It is well maintained by a professional cleaner who comes in weekly to clean the communal areas. For the price, location and type of house mates, this is a real deal.

The road is situated in a quiet residential road and it is 2 minutes walk away from small grocery stores and restaurants which open until late.

The house is in between 2 stations so you have a choice to either take Lewisham station or Hither Green station.

Lewisham Hospital (NHS Trust) is just around the corner on Lewisham High Street.
