Room available to rent in Lewisham, the flat is on the top two floors and has a huge shared garden. The flat is located a few minutes away from Lewisham market/ shopping area and 8 minutes from the station - DLR and overground. Perfect for commuting to the city or canary wharf - 8 minutes to L bridge, 12 minutes to canary wharf and 22 to bank. There is a huge shared garden (between the 3 houses) which no one uses, it backs onto the river quaggy, we have a hammock overlooking the river and a small jetty. My flat has its own shed where we keep bikes, it is secure and has a padlock.

The room is available from October until March sharing with 2 housemates. We are both busy and out the house a lot but enjoy hosting dinner parties, movie nights, cooking and listening to music on the record player! I would be happy to rent out the room for 2 or 3 months within the 6 month period.

Rent is 850 plus bills which are approx. 100 a month.
