About the Property/Area:
This is a 2-bedroom flat with a shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom and semi private roof Terrace. The Building is very secure with key fobs needed to enter the building and only programmed to access your floor. It’s a 12-minute walk to Ladywell Station and a 15-minute walk to Lewisham Station. Around the corner from the shopping centre and market, surrounded by shops, restaurants, takeaways, bars, hair salons etc.
Your Room
Your Room is 11 feet by 9 feet in size.
Your room comes with a double bed/mattress/ 2 shelving units/fold out desk/desk chair/ wardrobe / shelf
The room has tons of storage under the bed, in the wardrobe, on the floor-to-ceiling shelving unit with additional cupboards in the hallway for suitcase storage. Large windows so plenty of lights and feel free to put up pictures and decorate as you wish. The Mattress is 1 year old.
Flat Summary:
My eldest brother Tom owns this flat, he has permanently relocated to Germany with his partner and I have been living here for 1 year.
About me:
I am 29 and have recently returned from living in Vietnam and work at a local Youth Theatre as a Producer. I work Monday - Friday usually 10-6, and due to the nature of my role I do NOT work from Home - only if I absolutely have to on occasion. Again due to the nature of my role my Mon-Thu evenings are often very chilled as Im exhausted.
However, I live for my Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
I love theatre, reading, music, movies, meeting up with friends, making cocktails, drinking an unhealthy amount of coffee and wish to take up weightlifting. I am also a spontaneous traveller so I go wherever the wind takes me.
About you:
Tidy female housemate who likes socialising but also enjoys their own space/time. Working professional over 25 years old, who is down for the occasional dinner and drinks and is willing to water the plants when i'm away (I warn you now this is no small feat - the flat is slowly becoming a jungle)
I have been living with a flat mate for a year and she is now relocating to Sweden so Im looking for a new flat mate !
PROS and CONS
- The flat is warm - we have never turned on the heating (which is great in the winter but not in the summer- fans are a must- and I have an air con unit for your room if you wish with a small fee to top up the heightened bills
- The roof is shared with 2 other flats - we all keep to our own sides and they are all very lovely - I am installing privacy film onto the windows which will give us more privacy.
- One of my brothers lives down the road and he is basically our own handy man - so any DIY needed he's on the case
