Sunny double room in a lovely house next to a beautiful park available on a temporary or permanent basis to live with 2 female flat mates and our lovely cat Finch.

My name is Emma, I'm a young at heart, relaxed 53 years old and the owner of the property and live in landlady. I currently working from home running my own business.

I have perviously moved in lots of interesting circles including creative, political and meditative ones and am pretty committed to personal development in lots of different areas.

My housemate is Jess aged 37. Ex fine art student, and current violinist, gym goer and customer services manager. She is friendly, intuitive and a great ally and friend in the house.

We are both friendly, warm, intelligent and fun and looking for a housemate who is relaxed, open-minded and curious about the world.

We are both good communicators, easy to get on with and have a good chat with. Favourite topics in this house include the arts, culture, self-development, politics, gender, relationships and psychology.

Our ideal housemate is someone who is very much living their own life but who is still open to creating a warm, friendly environment at home, available for authentic connection and sharing feelings, ideas, thoughts, dinners and TV / film time.

The room is available from May 1st - August 31st - though if you need it a week earlier that can probably be arranged.

This beautiful double room has stylish furniture, a firm, comfortable bed and plenty of space to move, or for a desk. It is at the front of a spacious, peaceful 4 bedroom house on a quiet sunny street. The back of the house boasts amazing views out over the city of London skyline.

It was fully refurbished a few years ago so everything is done to a high standard and we also have a weekly cleaner who helps keep things tip top (weekly cleaning including of your room is included in monthly price as well as all bills)

The house is also next to a lovely park in between Lewisham, Ladywell and Brockley stations from which you can see London in 360 degree panorama.

The local area has lots of great eateries and shops. It’s 20 mins by train to central London and 10 mins to London Bridge.
