Double room to rent long term

*Double room to rent £850pm for the first 2 months at least
My roommate is moving out at the end of April 2024 to go travelling so we need someone to rent her room!

About the flat in Lewisham:

It’s a ground floor flat with our own patio garden. The two bedrooms face a quiet cual de sac road, with a separate lounge and kitchen. The bathroom is finished nicely and the kitchen is fitted with the big appliances such as a fridge and washing machine. We share an entrance with the lovely neighbours above who are super respectful and lovely.

A bit about the rooms:

The room can be furnished or not depending on what you have / want to buy off the person moving out and has a big built in wardrobe. Attached is the floor plan. We split the bills which come to just over £100 (gas, electric, internet, council tax), water is paid every 6 months.

A little bit about me (I. e roomie!):

Rachel, 27, from the Midlands in the UK and I’ve lived here in Lewisham for just under a year. I work as a User Experience consultant and work in the office 1-2 days a week and work from home the rest of time (we have super fast fibre optic broadband)! When not working, I like to go to the gym, I’m part of a choir, I’m trying to learn Spanish and going out for dinner with friends and socialising outside the flat.

A little bit about you:

I’m looking for a flatmate who is friendly, easy to get along with, respects that it is a shared space and tidies after themselves and keeps it nice and clean! Love to find someone who loves an evening in watching trashy reality TV shows and girly chick flicks! We’re not a party flat so house parties and drinks here happen rarely but more than happy to go out for drinks etc!
