Peaceful flat in the heart of Lewisham

Hey! I'm Caitlin.

I soon to be moving to this beautiful area and into this lovely flat that my sister owns. The flat is 15 mins walk to Brockley with loads of little independent cafes and a fab market. Less than 10 minutes to Ladywell with loads of green spaces 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Greenwich is walkable with the huge park, shops and restaurants as well as Blackheath. In the opposite direction and still walkable is Deptford and New Cross which both have new things opening all the time.

I work in south London for as a physio and commute is usually about 30minutes on bike. There are loads of transport links from Brockley, Ladywell and Lewisham - the flat is right in the middle of them all.

The place itself has been newly refurbed so everything is bright shiny and new. I am adding furniture all the time! It's the first floor of a 1970s block on a really quiet street. The neighbours are all really lovely.

I work at my clinic 4-5 days a week, with 1 day a week working from home. I train for running and multi sport event stuff so tend to live quite a morning/early night independent lifestyle with plenty of croissants along the way, catching up with pals/family at weekends. I would be looking for someone who also leads an independent, quiet lifestyle and keeping home nice and clean.
