I’m looking for a new flatmate to join a flatshare in the heart of Deptford, as my current flatmate is moving on to new adventures. You'll have the chance to join the new tenancy agreement (references and deposit will be required) and become part of our friendly household.

The Room: You'll be moving into a spacious double room in our cosy apartment. With plenty of natural light and ample space, the room features a king-size bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing ample storage space for all your belongings.
Rent & Bills: We believe in fair shares! Rent is split based on room size, and bills are divided equally among all flatmates to keep things simple and fair.
Furry flatmate: I have a friendly and well-behaved dog who is a big part of my life and he adds to the homely atmosphere. We welcome tenants who love or don't mind living with a dog.
Fantastic Amenities: Our development gives us access to fantastic amenities, including a gym, a swimming pool, and great common areas.
Prime Location: Just a 3-minute stroll to Deptford Bridge DLR station and a quick 10-minute walk to Deptford Rail station, providing excellent connections to the city and central London. Plus, with Greenwich and Blackheath parks a mere 15-minute stroll away, you'll never be short of green spaces to explore.
