Short term (1-3 months) sublet in Ladywell

I have been away for a couple of months and I am looking for someone to use my room for the last few months whilst I am travelling.

The double bedroom pictured is available from 20th November - 20th January (there may be leeway with these dates by a couple of weeks). I will empty my wardrobe and you are welcome to use my desk set up as needed however it is quite small and I mostly use it for my sewing machine. The internet and access to Netflix/Prime will be included in the monthly rent.

My housemate you will be staying with has a hybrid WFH job in sustainability so he will often be in the house during the week. He’s super chilled, easy going and sociable however appreciates his own space and is respectful of others.
We have a huge shared garden with our lovely neighbours upstairs and a private patio outside the back door (both pictured). The flat is a 2 min walk to ladywell fields park and 5 min to hilly fields both lovely spacious, green spaces. 5 mins walk away from ladywell station (where you can get to london bridge in 10 mins), less than 10 min walk to Lewisham high st.
