The room is spacious and has plenty of double sockets throughout. It has clean, high quality and soft carpets that have been just professionally cleaned.

The house is renovated and modernised to a high standard. It looks clean and fantastic. It is well maintained by a professional cleaner who comes in weekly to clean the communal areas. For the price, location and type of house mates, this is a real deal.

There are 3 modern and large bathrooms/ shower rooms in the property.

The road is situated in a quiet residential road and it is 2 minutes walk away from small grocery stores and restaurants which open until late.

The house is in between 2 stations so you have a choice to either take Lewisham station or Hither Green station.
