Hi! One room is available to rent in the Lewisham area, close to St. John’s Station. My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take their place!

Location:
Located in a sweet spot between multiple stations, so has great transport connections.

- Lewisham Station [National Rail & DLR]: 15 mins walk
- Deptford Bridge [DLR]: 20 mins walk
- New Cross & New Cross Gate [Overground]: 25 mins walk

Busses arrive frequently to go towards New Cross, Peckham, Camberwell, and beyond.

The room is part of a top floor flat overlooking a communal garden area and has access to a balcony for hanging out with a coffee in the sun. There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, and spacious living room, which gets plenty of light (ideal for plant lovers). Bike storage is available at the back of the flat if needed. The flat is furnished with a fridge, washing machine, and storage, but the room itself will not be furnished.

The neighbourhood has a shared WhatsApp group with the occasional gathering, so there’s a strong sense of community. There’s a good selection of pubs nearby, a great café on the corner, and Hilly Fields is a short distance away for runs, walks, or taking in beautiful views.

An Asda, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s are located within a 20-minute walk from the flat for food shops.
