Hello, we are looking for someone/ a couple to take over our apartment. You will be starting a new tenancy with the landlord.

Rent is £1,720 (bills not included, wifi is included within rent)

The apartment is located in Lewisham 1 minute walk from the station which is incredibly well connected to Central London as well as Canary Wharf.

The flat is very spacious with lots of storage space with a massive storage cupboard and another smaller cupboard that we have turned into a home office. There is also a massive communal rooftop with great views of London which you have access to.

The flat comes unfurnished however we are willing to sell you any furniture currently in the apartment which has all been bought brand new just over a year ago.

The building is also pet friendly and as it is build to rent there are a lot of communal events and activities with free food and drink. The management company are fantastic and have fixed any issues the same day they are raised. The apartment will also be professionally cleaned before you move in. Super fast Wi-Fi is also included within the rent.
