Hi everyone! I'm looking to move out of my lovely 2 bed flat in Lewisham and I am currently looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy. It's a beautiful double room and the main bathroom is essentially your own, as the second bedroom that my flatmate occupies is an ensuite.

Rent: £875pcm + bills roughly £170pcm
Deposit: £850

Tenancy: Looking at a moving date of late July/Early August, but I can be flexible.

You'll be living with my lovely flatmate, Mae (tenant), and replacing me on the contract which runs until end of April 2025

Description: This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Lewisham. 5/8 minutes walk to Lewisham station which takes you to London Bridge in 10/15 minutes, and good bus links as well. There’s no garden, but the building does have a courtyard. There’s a big balcony which can be used for bike storage, and a decent amount of storage space around the place. It’s right next to a big Asda and a gym (literally a 30 seconds walk), with a swimming pool about 3/5 minutes walk away. There’s a few restaurants nearby, and easy access to Deptford High Street, and it’s a 15 minute walk away from Hilly Fields. Pets accepted.
You get a nice size room (big enough for a work station), and a big full bathroom with bathtub to yourself (my bedroom has an en-suite.)

Looking for:
- 24+ year old, woman or/and LGBT+
- You’ll need to prove you’re in full-time employment and pass landlord referencing.
- LGBT-friendly, pro-trans, pro-Palestine are non-negotiables 🏳‍🌈🏳‍⚧🇵🇸

About Mae:

I'm Mae (she/her), 25yo. I work in marketing for an NGO. I work from home most days and I’m a bit of a homebody. I love reading and do a bit of gaming. I love a bit of trashy reality TV, and I’m always down for a flatmates TV night every once in a while. I really like feeling comfortable and home-y in the flat, but also like to keep things flexible and chill when it comes to cleaning/tidying in the flat.

I’ve been dealing with some health issues in the past few months (though I’m doing much better as of late!) Because of this, I need someone who can be patient if I’m MIA some days, and who’s willing to be a little COVID conscious (eg. avoiding each other/testing whenever any symptoms come up.)

Since this is only a 2 bed, finding a flatmate I really get along with is super important to me, so please message with some information about yourself!
