A gorgeous open plan flat with a spacious double room in central Lewisham, 5 mins walk from the station. 8 mins to London bridge, 15 mins to Charing Cross and 20 mins to Canary Wharf.
My current housemate is moving out to be closer to work! So I am looking for a new housemate to share the living space with.
It will just be the two of us - you will have your own bathroom (you will have the large main bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite).
The flat has a large open plan living room and kitchen, with a dining area and a balcony, on the 5th floor.
The building runs warm, has reception downstairs to collect parcels and is in an extremely central location. The shopping centre is opposite the building, along with 2 gyms within 5 mins walk, a lovely cafe next to the building and a ton of amenities and shops and restaurants within 10 mins walking distance.
As a personality, I am looking for very clean professionals, who are respectful - happy to have the odd glass of wine with you too and would love to be able to be friends with who I live with, although I completely respect personal space and time.
About me - I'm 29, very down to earth, work from the office 2x per week running a women in tech community and love to gym. I'm a chill person and looking for a similar vibe! Cleanliness is super important to me so would love someone who has similar views on that.
No smoking, no pets, no couples.
