Hi there, I'm looking for flatmate to share a modern 2-double bedroom apartment in Deptford.

There is a double bedroom with own bathroom available from the 1st of December. The flat has a shared open plan kitchen and a balcony (dishwasher included). The bedroom will come furnished: a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed & mattress, desk & chair, curtains.

The apartment complex has a concierge service, gym and swimming pool access for residents. Just a 3 minute walk away from the Deptford Bridge DLR station, super convenient for commuting to Bank and Canary Wharf. Short walk away from Coop, Tesco, Aldi and 20 min walk away from the lovely Greenwich Park.

Bills and council tax not included in the rent.
Your share of the bills will approximately be:
Wifi: £14
Electricity: £64 (Might change based on usage)
Council tax: £76 (Band B)
Water: £0 (Covered by the landlord)
Note that the landlord specified they will require references for the new tenant.

A bit about me, I work in finance, mostly hybrid. I'm quite easygoing, enjoy chilling with people but also like alone time too. I like learning languages, watching films, art and swimming. I've lived in this flat for 9 months with my current flatmate who is moving out.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is also a working professional, friendly and respectful. It's important for me to keep the shared areas clean and tidy to feel comfortable in the flat.
