📍Great location - Lewisham DLR and train station 5 minute walk away. Elverson road DLR station 3 minute walk away. Train to London Bridge in 8 minutes, Charring Cross 18 minutes - easily accessible to all parts of central london quickly! Canary Wharf 16 minutes away via DLR! Big Tesco on our doorstep, Lewisham town centre 8 minute walk away.

🧩Amenities - sister building with 24hr access to gym, games room, cinema, WFH spaces, yoga studio, roof terrace, snug rooms (to rent out for hosting dinner parties etc…), library and sky terrace. This building regularly hosts events for community of the buildings to get together for example watching football, painting, playing pool etc…

🏠The flat - our flat is on the 4th floor with a spacious balcony and open plan living. Spacious utility room, large kitchen and large communal living area. One bathroom and two bedrooms - yours is the bigger of the two rooms with a built in wardrobe. This room comes unfurnished - lift access and small trollies provided by the building makes moving in very easy! Very bright and airy flat with lots of windows for natural light . Wood floor in communal areas and thick carpet in bedrooms.

👫🏽Who you’d be living with - myself (Phoebe, 23 F) and my boyfriend (Chris, 30 M)!
🕺🏽Chris is deputy manager for Dirty Dicks pub in Liverpool Street. His hobbies include Warhammer (which is in “Chris’ Corner” of the flat!), gym and socialising with friends. He often works long hours so enjoys using the flat as his down time to relax after long shifts.
💃🏽I (Phoebe) am a performer and dance teacher. I teach 7 days a week - evenings on weekdays and mornings on weekends. I am a big fan of theatre, cooking and baking, gym and socialising with friends. I like to use the flat as my tranquil place for leisure and chill time!
👫🏽The both of us are very tidy and clean people and expect the same from our future housemate. Someone that we can socialise with but can respect when we need our own company/time and we will do the same for you! We both like to party but like to keep it out the flat.
