Flat share in Lewisham

Our house mate is leaving so Katie (housemate who is staying too) and I are looking for a third person to join us in our flat in November. We are both 26 and are working in the city. The flat it located in Lewisham, right in the centre above the high street.

The flat is a new build, top floor flat. There are no immediate neighbours either side or people walking close to the flat. There are also bike racks available downstairs.

The main station is the DLR, which goes straight to Canary Wharf, Bank and Stratford, with easy access to main tube lines. There is also the south eastern that runs to Charing Cross through Waterloo and London Bridge.
Additionally, Lewisham bus station is close and buses run to it all night, so you can always get home.
The flat is walking distance to Black Heath and Greenwich. There is a large shopping centre opposite with lots of shops, including a large sainsburys.

We are looking for someone aged 25-27, preferably female but not tied to this, who is a working professional. We are quite busy but someone who is social and wants to do things with us would be great! We love going for walks, to get food and to just sit and watch tv!

The room for rent is an unfurnished rectangular room with an en-suite toilet and sink. Our housemate who is leaving is willing to sell her small double bed frame and mattress if needed. The shower is separate shared with one other. The rent is £830 a month but this does not include bills. These are paid for by different people and we have a flat split wise. We can discuss further in person.

We would love to meet and have a drink/ show people around the flat.
