I'm looking for a friendly and clean individual to be my flatmate for a mid to long term period (at least a year). I’m a 3-4 minute walk from Lewisham station, which is on the DLR and national rail. I'm normally at most central London destinations in 30 mins. Lewisham is in zone 2-3 so the TFL transport cap is low whichever way you're going!

The space up for rent is a set of rooms, which function as a bedroom and an office (or a walk in closet if you fancy!). There is access to multiple shared spaces, including a patio, front landing, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Altogether, there would be two of us living in the flat.

Were in council tax band D and all household bills are normally around £175 per month. I'm looking for someone to move in by the end of the year.
