I am moving out of my flat at Chapter Lewisham and need someone to take over my tenancy.
The room is a double room in a 3-bedroom flat, however there is currently no one living in this flat except me, so you will have the full flat to yourself at the moment.
The flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. One of these bathrooms is right next to your bedroom.
The bedroom is fully furnished, including a desk and desk chair, a set of drawers and a double wardrobe.
The building also has its own 24 hour gym, study area (which offer free breakfast and coffee every morning), cinema room and games room. They also offer cleaning services and laundry services.
The room is £282 per week, including all bills.
The building is a 5 minute walk from Lewisham station and a 5 minute walk from Elverson Road station for DLR trains which only takes 15 minutes to get to Waterloo.
There is an Asda Supermarket a 2 minute walk from the building and also a Tesco Superstore a 9 minute walk from the building.
You must currently be a student.
The tenancy is until the 11th of July 2025 and it is available immediately.
