I am moving out to live with my partner so looking for someone to replace me in this lovely top floor flat in Lewisham.

The room is a big double that comes with a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe PLUS a big built in wardrobe. This room is ideal for a gal who has a lot of clothes 😄

The room has space for a desk and chair too!

The room also comes with an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a lovely power shower and lots of storage.

You will also have your own personal balcony.

The flat itself also comes with 3 storage cupboards, an open plan kitchen/living room, bathroom with bathtub and a huge balcony too.

The building comes with concierge and a rooftop garden which is lovely in the summer.

You will be living with 1 girl and 1 (LGBTQ) boy who are in their mid twenties and working professionals.

Lewisham station is 1 min walk away (across the road!) where you can catch the south eastern train lines which take you to London Bridge in 10 mins. The station also has the DLR - can get to Canary Wharf in 16 mins!

Property is council tax band D - bills are around £100-150 p/m - electric and water is paid every 3/6 months which is why it can sometimes differ.

PLEASE NOTE: the tenancy starts on 6 December as I need the crossover due to move in date for my new flat. So the rent for the first month will be pro-rated for 25days, which is £735.33 and I will pay the difference for the first 6 days.

The deposit of £850 will need to be paid to myself and there is a £50 fee you will need to pay to the agency as part of an admin fee/name change.
