Hi all,

We have a double room available in our peaceful and quiet home. The room has access to a shared bathroom bath/shower next door with one other house mate.

As housemates we are chilled and friendly yet we largely do our own thing. We are considerate, clean, respectful of the home and mutual boundaries. It is important we have a housemate seeking the same as this is a quiet, clean and peaceful space.

We all work around 9-5 and would seek someone of similar working patterns.
We all work from home at times, the living room is used by the tenant in the box room re WFH however can agree for this to be a joint working space if needed.

This is a LGBTQ household so we require a housemate who respects this.

Accessibility wise, the room is up x2 flights of stairs, entrance to the house is step free via street access.
