3 Weeks Sublet - Cosy Double Bedroom - Se London

I am subletting my double room in a shared house in Lewisham from 16 NOV - 7 DEC (3 weeks in total). Can be fairly flexible with the dates, so I'd be happy to discuss that further.

The room comes furnished, in a shared house with two lovely female housemates in their late 20s. Enjoy the spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, and dreamy conservatory. There are also 2 bathroom/toilets so no fighting.

The house is in a perfect location:
- 1 minute away from Elverson DLR stop.
- 7 mins walking to Lewisham Station.
- 7 mins walking to Greenwich and Deptford High Street
- Lots of buses and night buses.

While I'll be leaving a few personal touches (like my beloved plants and some books), I'm happy to clear out space to make the room your own.

Rent is £660 (or £220 PW) with all bills included.

Unfortunately, no couples.
