2 bed flat share in modern Lewisham flat

Hey girlies

My flatmate is unfortunately moving back home at the end of January and I am looking for a new flatmate. Here’s a little bit of info for you:

🏡the space: modern and spacious 2 bed flat 5 minute walk from Lewisham dlr and train stations. The room itself comes unfurnished and is spacious with a floor to ceiling window. The living space is nice and open plan with a cute balcony (sunset views on a good day!). It’s got all the modcons - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave (unfortunately no dryer 😢). Great location for getting into the city and loads of nice places a little walk away, such as Blackheath, Greenwich, Brockley, Deptford. There’s bike storage downstairs too if you’re into that.

🧚‍♀️me: I’m a 27-year-old speech therapist originally from Birmingham, currently working in Greenwich. I’ve lived in London 4 years now and whilst my partying days are behind me I still enjoy going out for a drink and a dance occasionally. In my spare time I usually do quiet drinks, go for dinner, run/swim/cycle, and cook. I enjoy making where I live homely and clean.

You🧞‍♀️: hoping for someone with a similar vibe who is willing to put in the effort to keep the flat clean. Also someone who is up for watching trash TV and having a natter in the evenings. Maybe trips to the pub etc if the vibe is there. Am toying with the idea of getting a furry pal at some point so being pet friendly would also be ideal, although this is currently just a pipe dream 🐾
