One month SUBLET Double Room (negotiable rent)

Hello, I am going home for a month (22nd Jan to 22nd Feb) and would like to find a clean, friendly person (preferably a girl) to sublet my room. Here’s some info about the room:
- all bills included
-It has great transport connections there’s a bus stop literally at the front door, and Lewisham DLR and train station is a 15 min walk.
- Lots of shops nearby: Big Lidl, Sainsbury local, Lewisham shopping Centre
- Manor park right behind, great for walking/running
-Pure Gym 10 mins away
- A large shared kitchen and a great outdoor sitting area
-The room has a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a bookshelf
-Great wifi connection
-The other housemates are all professionals and mostly everyone keeps to themselves.
