Double room with en-suite in the heart of Lewisham

We are three friends looking for a fun and friendly person, or couple, to join our home.

You would be living with Alex (30), Jacq (30) and Peter (29) who all met through friends of friends. We have our own lives but also enjoy hanging out, a game of Catan and having a drink in the big living room and kitchen. Alex is a civil servant and musician often playing gigs in London, Jacq is a tradesman and a keen footballer, and Peter is also a civil servant and enjoys running and cycling and is training for a triathlon. We've all had fun alcohol fueled 20s but are a bit more chilled now, and there is normally someone knocking about the house at the weekend.

The room is nice and quiet and has a double bed with a large window facing the garden and comes with a private ensuite with a toilet, sink and shower. For furnishing there is a bed, chest of draws and an open wardrobe.

The house is fantastic and really big, with a living room, spacious kitchen with dining area and an outside decking area with a rooftop garden above the garage. We have a garage which you would be able to make use of for free parking etc. There is also another large room downstairs with a darts board and space for more. The location is really convenient with just a few minutes walk to Lewisham Town centre and 8 minute walk to the DLR and train station (with short train rides to London Bridge, Charing X and Victoria). We are also super close to Blackheath and Greenwich with all the restaurants, shops and green space.
