SHORT TERM 2 bed flat available 3rd -28th July

I am renting out my entire Lewisham flat (2 bed 1 bath) for the period of 3rd -28th July as I will be out of the country. Please note that I can’t be flexible on those dates. Suitable for professional looking to stay in London in July.

I own the flat and I am looking for someone responsible who can also water the plants when I am away.

Flat comes fully furnished (tv, coffee machine, speakers, wifi). There is a balcony and a shared rooftop terrace with a great view of London. Bills included in the price.

It is located between Lewisham and St John’s train stations (takes 20 mins to get to Charing cross, Cannon Street and 15 to London bridge). You can also use the DLR and get into Canary Wharf or Bank. Walking distance to Greenwich, Greenwich park, Deptford (great restaurants, bars etc.) and Peckham.
