I'm looking to rent my spare double room for at least a month between 11th October to 21st November. I'm a working professional who works in media (office and from home).
During the week I tend to keep pretty chilled (I like to cook, watch movies, draw) and usually I'm out and about at gigs, cinema, seeing friends on the weekends.
My home is a maisonette with large living room/dining area, garden and shared bathroom. The spare room is large with double bed, desk, drawers and clothes rail.
Its located just 5 mins walk from Lewisham high street, 10 mins from Blackheath and 12 mins from Lewisham station which has regular trains 15 mins to central London and there's also the DLR.
I'm looking for someone who is after a short term let, who is a working professional, tidies up after themselves and is respectful.
