Hiya, I’m moving out of my current flat to move in with my partner and therefore have a beautiful South East London flat available to offer.
Located 12 minutes walk from Lewisham Station, or 4 minutes bus journey, this first floor maisonette is fit with two double bedrooms and a third which has been converted into a studio space.
We have one bathroom, one kitchen and a large open living room/dining room.
This is not a party house but holds some great energy. You’ll be living with two wonderful creatives, one of whom is a professional DJ and the other a fashion designer.
This is an LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Household
Living room fixtures: Sofa bed, large TV, games consoles, work desk, sound system, dining table and chairs, whole family of plants
Bathroom: Toilet, sink, shower/bath, lengthy mirror, gorgeous skylight above the bath
Kitchen: Electric conduction hob, oven, fridge freezer, lots of cupboard/storage space, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster etc
Bedroom: Double bed, pre installed shelves, large opening windows, space for large desk (I currently have two desks in there but will be taking them with me), dresser, and floor-to-ceiling built-in double-door wardrobe with huge storage space above, and third floor-ceiling cupboard with five deep shelves inside.
The flat is also home to an adorable short haired pure breed Abyssinian cat (real baddie cat). I’m allergic to most cats but because of the breed she’s never set my allergies off. We’re not looking to add any further pets to the house.
