We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our two story four bedroom house. We are a queer, very chilled and friendly household, all workers so we are looking for someone who aligns with us, and interested in living in a clean space.
We are looking for someone who is happy to respect people’s living boundaries and to socialise (optional). Queer and Black priority household and 4/20 friendly.

The room is a small double and does not come with a bed but comes with a cupboard and wardrobe space. We have a medium/large size kithcen, one downstairs toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom on the second floor. We also have a back garden where you will always find our two very friendly cats, they run the house!

Accessibility: 25 stairs up to second floor where the room and bathroom is located.

The property is close to two train stations Ladywell and Lewisham DLR which is a 15mins walk. A short walk from local groceries stores, as well as Lidl, Sainsbury's Local, Lewisham Market and Lewisham Shopping Centre.
