Lovely double room between Lewisham and Ladywell

Hi! ✨We have a double room available in our house between Lewisham and Ladywell, available from 23rd August.

We are planning to do viewings until then on a first-come, first-served basis. Please message if you are interested. We don't know the volume of people we'll get, but we'll try to get back to everyone.

Us 👦👦:

We are Carlos (29), Kuba (30), and Andrew (24). We're young professionals, Kuba has just finished his PhD, I work for a Tech start-up in Operations, and Andrew works at LSE. Kuba and I met through student accommodation a couple of years ago and have been friends and housemates since.

Whether in the kitchen, the common area, or the garden, we want the space to feel like home. We also do plans all together occasionally, and would love to bring someone on board who is keen on making the house more homely.

Carlos is leaving the house as he's moving to Barcelona to start living with his partner, and hence we're looking for someone to take his place.

The location 📍:

We are 5 minutes away from Ladywell and about 10 from Lewisham with amazing parks nearby, the best cafe in London (Oscar's) and great pubs.

The house 🏡:

It’s a 3-bed with a dining room. There is 1 bath on the top floor, and we also have a beautiful garden to have great barbecues.

There’s a good amount of storage around the house, should you need it, and there is a small room we're using a storage room.

The room 🛏️:

It’s a very big double room that comfortably fits a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk, and a double bed. The room is unfurnished, but the leaving tenant is willing to discuss selling or leaving some things for the person coming in.

Looking for ✨:
For one person aged 22+ to join us (no couples please). We don’t mind if you WFH, and in fact, Kuba and Andrew sometimes do. We would love someone who is very easy-going, friendly, up for a laugh, and to make the occasional plan.
