Flat Sharing Penthouse Lewisham

Hi!
My name is Nour and I am looking for a female professional to share my amazing brand new flat / penthouse style apartment on the 29th floor with a panoramic view over the city of London and Canary Wharf! The apartment is in Lewisham just on top of Lewisham station (direct commutes to London bridge, Canary Wharf and Greenwich), with a Tesco superstore just down the building.

The building is brand new with high standard architectural and modern amenities. It is a serviced apartments building with a parcel room, security 24/7, a gym, cinema, library, coworking space, lounges, game room and multiple terraces and outdoor spaces all included in the rent! I am already living in the apartment and it is completely furnished with all amenities. I am looking for a female professional, tidy, clean and respectful who does not have furnitures preferably only personal belongings as the apartment is already furnished.

I have a cleaning lady who comes weekly and her cost as well as bills will need to be shared (internet is already included in rent). No smoking and no pets allowed.

I am an architect and I work as a construction manager. I am also a social person, creative, I love music, dancing and painting as well as cooking a nice meal or go to the theatre and would love to share some nice social times sometimes with my new roomate.

Please note this is a co-tenancy so you need to go through referencing with the landlord and have a yearly salary of at least 15 times the total rent of the apartment (which is twice the price fro the room) to qualify.

Council Tax band is C.
