Hey,

My current flatmate is moving out due to work relocation and so I’m in desperate need of finding someone!

Dates available to move are from the end of September to October 20th. Room is a double room - nice bay windows to bring light in and build in wardrobe space. This room is available at £885. Bills typically works out 180-200 each. The bathroom in the picture would mainly be for you to use but is also the main guest bathroom.
7 min walk to Lewisham station
12 mins to ldn bridge
20 to Waterloo
25 mins to Charing Cross

About me:
I’m just a girl trying to figure out this life thing called adulting. I’m 24 (25 in November) and work in the energy sector - I wfh typically 2 days a week and in the office in central for 3. I’m a creative on the side so I do a lot of writing and singing so feel free to join in on a singing sesh with me 🎤
I’ve been living out for the last 6 years so I know how to look after my space. 🧹🧽
I’m learning to love cooking again (I’m Jamaican but love cooking from other cuisines) so hopefully we can share some dinners together with a movie but also love my own space and chilling after a long day working.
I go to the gym just downstairs and would love someone who would like to go with me a couple days a week - it’s always nice having a buddy. No stress though!
My friends are lovely and sometimes (not often) they will come for dinner or a games night in the winter to avoid spending 🥲
I’m not looking for just a flatmate - I would love to have a new friend - but again no pressure.

No pets unfortunately - Smokers welcome.
