Hey! My current housemate is unfortunately moving out so I am looking for a new housemate to share the living space with.
It's a gorgeous open plan flat with a spacious double room in central Lewisham, extremely close to the train station, DLR and bus stops.
The flat is in a great location for commuting - it has fast direct links to London bridge, Bank, Waterloo, Cannon Street, Canary Wharf and Charing Cross. 1 stop to London bridge (8 mins train). All these areas are accessible direct within 10-30 mins max. I work in Liverpool street and it's a great location for that!
You will have your own bathroom (you will have the large main bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite).
The flat has a large open plan living room and kitchen, with a dining area and a balcony, on the 5th floor.
The building has reception downstairs to collect parcels and is in an extremely central location. The shopping centre is opposite the building, along with 2 gyms within 5 mins walk, a lovely cafe next to the building and a ton of amenities and shops and restaurants within 10 mins walking distance. It's also a lovely short walk to Greenwich and the river so perfect for a nice weekend day.
As a personality, I am looking for very clean professionals, who are respectful - happy to have the odd glass of wine with you too and would love to be able to be friends with who I live with, although I completely respect personal space and time.
About me - I'm 29, very down to earth, work in tech and love to gym. I'm a chill person and looking for a similar vibe! Cleanliness is super important to me so would love someone who has similar views on that.
Rent is £1100 each plus bills.
