I know from experience the pain of dealing with landlords who don’t care to get things fixed or, even worse, who turn up every 5 minutes to “check the house over” – believe me, I’m not like that.

I’ll be there for you if you have any questions, need repairs, need advice about what to do or how to get around, or have any other requests or concerns. I have plumbers, electricians, and handymen on call in case of any repair problems that pop up. If you need anything, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours or less.
