I’m moving out of this lovely flat, so we’re looking for a young professional to take over my tenancy and move in!
The room is unfurnished and the building is securely managed by a 24 hour concierge. There is a 24 hour parcel room and a gym onsite (that is included in the rent).
Bills are approx £177 each per month. Sometimes this varies and works out slightly cheaper.

- 3 mins walk to Elverson Road station
- 3 mins walk to a large Tesco superstore
- 10 mins walk to Lewisham shopping centre
You’ll be living with my lovely flatmate Ana, 26, Spanish / British who works 3 days in the office, 2 days from home for a PR agency. She likes going out for drinks, exploring London and watching reality tv.
We’re ideally looking for someone who is also a young professional, that is a similar vibe. Ideally this person would be easy going, clean and tidy and respectful of the flat.
