4-bedroom house (you’ll be replacing one male tenant)

Current housemates: 3 guys & 1 girl – all super friendly, respectful, and easy-going

Great location in South East London with good transport links, shops, and amenities nearby

💷 Rent: £775/month
🧾 Council tax is included, all other bills (gas, electric, water, internet) are shared equally among tenants.

📅 Move-in date: ASAP preferred
