We have a lovely double room available in our house located in Lewisham/Ladywell area AVAILABLE 1ST DECEMBER 2025! Tenancy contract for 1 year.
The house is a 10 mins walk to Lewisham station/Lewisham centre and 2 mins walk to Hilly Fields. Great transport links to everywhere in South East and beyond thanks to numerous buses, trains and DLR.
The room has a lot of natural light and comes with a bed and lots of storage space for clothes, personal items etc. Floor shared with 2 others and 1 shared bathroom with a bath/shower unit. Downstairs is the other housemate, as well as a shared living room with open bay doors onto the kitchen, allowing an open living room/shared space!
The kitchen comes equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and gas hobs, as well as plenty of space to cook and eat. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. We have a full garden and trampoline which gets lots of use during summer, as well as storage for bikes!
We are all in our mid-late 20s who all work in creative fields so a likeminded person would be preferred but not essential. We enjoy pub nights and the occasional house meal but due to our own schedules we also respect each others private time.
Council tax is band D, the rent for the room is £700 and paid on the 1st. Bills often fluctuate around £100 but does get a bit more during winter. Bills paid towards the end of the month to keep everything neatly together.
We are hoping to get someone moved in for around the 1st December so if you are interested please get in touch for a viewing and if successful we can get the referencing sorted asap
