It is beautiful en-suit room. You would have the whole of the top floor to yourself.
Kitchen and garden are shared.
The 2 current flatmates are lovely, friendly artist types who are very social but also very respectful of alone time and are usually busy with various projects.
Ideally we are looking for a couple to fill the space as it will make the rent cheaper for you both.
