Looking for a long term flatmate to join me in this lovely flat, that I’ve lived in since November 2024.

The flat is a 2nd floor attic conversion (only accessible by 27 stairs) just over a 10 minute walk from Hither Green station, just under 15 minutes to Ladywell station and just over 15 minutes to Lewisham station. It has a bell intercom, pitched roof windows making it very bright, and a Juliet balcony.

- Double room in 2 bedroom flat, shared bathroom, and spacious open plan living room/kitchen (with washing machine & dish washer)

- ⁠Based in Hither Green, with easy transport links to London Bridge/Waterloo/Charing Cross and the DLR.

- ⁠5 mins from Lewisham shopping centre, local pubs/bars, and all the key amenities you need.

- ⁠Room furnished with double bed, drawers, and large built-in sliding door wardrobe.

- ⁠Smoke and pet free home.

- ⁠£850 per month + bills (c. £200 p/m). Deposit required.

- ⁠Landlady will only accept someone in full-time employment.

- Council tax band: B

About me:

I’m Joe and I’m a 26 year old gay man working across SE London as a speech and language therapist in adult learning disability. I’m a leftie queer who’s quite social and enjoy going to the cinema, gigs, and the odd party/night out with friends. I also enjoy cooking, some fitness (ever trying to balance a semi-regular gym routine with work and a social life). I love pop culture and pop music! I’m pretty clean and tidy and generally try to keep my mess to my room. Ideally I’d like to befriend my new flatmate, but really my priority is to live with someone respectful and friendly.
