Description
This fab double bedroom is available! The room comes unfurnished, ready for you to make it your own.
It’s a cosy room but don’t be fooled, you can fit a double bed, desk area, clothes rack and a big shelving unit and still have floor space. The room gets a lot of sun and has a floor to ceiling sized window. I’ve changed the layout in the room a few times, so you can mix it up. You’ll also have full access to a large cupboard opposite the room for extra storage.
The flat is a two bed room, open plan kitchen and living room with one bathroom and a big balcony.
Pictures show current or previous decor. The living room will have some new furniture , making it a homely space to hang out.
Kitchen has lots of cupboards, we split these so we’ve both got loads of space. The hallway also features a cupboard with the washing machine in.
Location: the flat is minutes from Lewisham station Lewisham has everything you need with a big supermarket near by, lots of gyms, an oldie but goldie shopping centre and Greenwhich just a short walk away.
Travel wise, you’ve got the fast train to London bridge in 9 mins, cannot street in 15mins and the DLR. So many bus routes and the new BL1 to get you to Waterloo.
Move in date would be around 4th April. Would be looking to start viewings in the next two weeks and aiming to start paperwork by end of feb. You’d be renting with L&Q. I’ve rented with them for 3 years and they’ve been great. You need a £800 (might be slightly higher) deposit, proof of address, passport, last 3 bank statements and last 3 payslips.
The current tenancy ends 3rd April so will need to sign and complete checks at the start of march.
Rental split is about £923 each and £170 for bills each. Hopefully no crazy bill increases in next few months lol.
Current flatmate: I work in education, so I have a mixture of office and home days, looking for a flatmate that has a similar work pattern. In my spare time, I like walks, art exhibitions, lounging anywhere hot and I host dinner parties for my friends every few months. I enjoy cooking, doing arts and crafts, and I love a good series. I’m a mixture of social and also enjoy my alone time. I am looking for someone with some similar interests, someone that can chat and hang out with in the flat but also enjoys their space or has their own hobbies etc. Will keep the flat tidy and treat it like a home.
Message me a bit about yourself, if you interested in the room and we can go from there :)
