Double bedroom in Georgian flat

Hi everyone!
We're renting out the back bedroom in our Georgian ground floor flat.

The room is a medium/ good size and has french doors into the garden. We've just redecorated it and it has a brand new carpet. We have a double bed and mattress but if you have your own furniture you'd like to bring let us know!

There is a shared living room with big fireplace and a good sized sunny garden. The kitchen is positioned off the living room and also has a window into the garden. There is one shared bathroom with a bath & shower.

Along with our bedroom there is a third bedroom which we use for storage/ has another sofa in it.

We are a couple, John and Anna. John works at a camera rental house in Hoxton Monday - Friday. I am studying Garden Design Monday - Wednesday from home and am at uni in central Thursdays & Fridays. And will be freelancing alongside later this year.

We like going to the pub to socialise with our friends / into town to see exhibitions etc. on the weekend, and spend time in the flat relaxing/ cooking most weeknight evenings.

We'd love to find a flatmate who's relaxed but clean and tidy and of course welcome to join in if we have friends over.

In the summer we like to have bbq's in the garden too!

The flat is well positioned and you have the option of various buses + Ladywell, Hither Green, Catford Bridge & Catford stations within 15 mins walking distance to all.

Normal/ reasonable use of utilities are included within the monthly rent along with broadband.

We're ready for someone to move in from 1st February but can be flexible.
